After years in the grants world writing policies, building programs, and decoding data, I realized my true gift is helping others get unstuck and start building what’s been sitting in their heads.

With a background in federal service, program development, and agile project management, I bring more than creative energy. I bring frameworks, strategy, and focus. As a Certified Scrum Master, I help ideas move from concept to clarity to execution without the overwhelm. I’ve supported multi-million dollar programs, collaborated across teams, and built tools that make complex ideas easier to manage.
